    5. Receive an Offer Letter, Sale & Purchase Agreement from BGL Realty indicating general terms and conditions as well as price
    6. Return the endorsed Offer Letter and Sale & Purchase Agreement to BGL Realty
    7. Make the required initial deposit for an allocation
    8. Expect periodic updates from Sales team on progress of work and payments
    9. Inspect your new home prior to handing over
    10. Receive keys to your new home
