DOCUMENTATIONS
BGL Realty always strives to make sure clients who buy plots of land from us obtain a standard and genuine site plans and indentures. All our site plans has a regional survey code which makes it easier for clients when proceeding to obtain land title at the lands commission. Once a client purchases a plot of land and completes payment, we go ahead to issue the documents within three months. Clients will be given periodic updates on the progress and level of the documentations. Our legal team facilitates all documentations to make sure everything is covered in the lease.
